RTP Advisory has developed a program tailored to women in their early thirties who hold mid management positions but have not yet been promoted to senior management positions.   Women in this stage often undergo a transition in their life and
career.  They are faced with difficult choices and often have no guidance on how to make those choices. They often feel they need to give up some important dreams to achieve others.

Women in this phase often quit their job, move on to different careers or halt their career
progress. This choice is often made out of frustration and lack of awareness of their options.
